How much shipping do I pay? (within Belgium)

We charge the following transport costs for the delivery of garden furniture, parasols, barbecues, etc.:

We deliver free of charge for orders over €400.
For orders smaller than €400, you pay transport costs of €50

For small packages we charge the following transport costs:

We deliver free of charge for orders over €50.
For orders smaller than €50, you pay transport costs of €5.95

When can I expect my order?

For the delivery of garden furniture, we will call you personally to arrange a delivery date. Our own delivery service will then deliver it neatly to the terrace*.

We offer the following options for delivery:

Free delivery within 1-2 working days (by telephone appointment)
Same day collection from the store (after confirmation)
Delivery within 48 hours (additional charge)

Can I also pay upon delivery?

-> Of course, we offer this option when purchasing outdoor items (garden furniture, BBQs, parasols, etc...)

Can I also pick up my order?

-> That is possible, by appointment it can be collected the same working day.

Delivery to the terrace?

-> We deliver everything for FREE to the terrace as standard. On the ground floor and always with a passage of at least 90cm.

-> For an apartment or a house, garden with stairs, we will discuss with you whether we can still carry this out for free. It is best to contact us for this.

I would like to have it delivered outside Belgium, is this possible?
